This magazine cover was designed for a potential mental health issue covering body image and body dysmorphia.

Its imagery combines the likeness of a real woman with that of a doll; a symbol of "perfection" in society.

In breaking it apart, this design symbolizes one's distorted view of themselves and their body.

Visually, the use of bright primary colors is reminiscent of old childhood toys and the imagery of a real woman gives the piece a surreal quality.
